Hands down the most special class I have ever taken. It feels like each session is custom made for me every time we meet. I am pushed when I need it or restored if its been a crazy shitty day. Josephine is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She is a fabulously open hearted perceptive teacher that makes you feel that your doing a great job and willing to try and push harder.
