I cannot even tell you how much more vivid the world looks, and how much more just closer to myself (and not my ego) I feel since my session. I really do not have words.

OMG. Rest and space. All a sudden, I not only feel like I have permission, but I feel like it is a god-given right to have space and time. For everyone, I would describe this feeling like a pop.... or like when you’re walking on the concrete and you see that one piece of grass that has pushed its way up. If feels like that.

I do not have anything figured out (whatever that means) but after talking to Josephine something cracked open. (Thank you, sweet Jesus)
